We’ve always been told that in basic economics, businesses provide either goods or services and little else. However, since the dawn of the information age, this binary division has become far more complex to gauge, let alone understand. Nowadays, it’s far more of a spectrum, with organizations sitting on one end, the other, or somewhere in between.
